Kallpa watches haul roads, berms and loadouts to find mobile equipment hazards. It is built so that it does not need to know who anyone is. This page says what we collect, where it lives and when we delete it.

Kallpa is operated by Kallpa Labs LLC, registered in Texas, United States. In this policy, "we" means Kallpa Labs LLC.

Kallpa is in development. The product views on kallpa.me are a rendered prototype with sample data. The camera handling below is how the pilot is designed to work.

What the cameras send us during a pilot

What we never collect

How long we keep it

How events may be used

Events support your mobile equipment safety program, training and site changes. Our customer contract forbids using Kallpa events to discipline an individual miner.

Who can see your data

Your users, and anyone you send a read only link to, such as an MSHA inspector or your insurance carrier. Links expire and appear in your audit trail. We do not sell data.

Pilot requests

The pilot form on kallpa.me opens a draft in your own email app. We receive only the email you send to pits@kallpa.me: your name, work email, company, number of pits and, if you add it, your MSHA ID. Google Workspace hosts our email. We use these details to reply to you about a pilot.
